Annual Starfish Award 2007

Charity anywhere foundation had its 15th year birthday celebration in Quito, Ecuador on June 15. A new award, the Starfish Award was presented by President Gordon Carter. This award will be given annually to a person that has done exceptional work in helping others. It is fitting that the first Starfish Award be given to Washington and Maria Zambrano. Dr. Zambrano is Vice President of medical and dental work for charity anywhere through out the world. He and Maria were instrumental in bringing non-government organization (NGO) status recently to Charity Anywhere Foundation in Ecuador.

Dr. Zambrano has organized many medical and dental expeditions to various countries and has served over 300,000 people.
