Incaperina distribution to malnourished children. They were give a
6 bags of Incaperina and 2 bags of sugar. That was to last the child
for 2 months.
Volunteer group from SLC completed kitchen gardens for 22 families in
the Alta Veripaz area at Neuvo Palin.

We are exhausted and trying to catch our breath. It is so hard to think that we are in this land of “PLENTY” after being in such a primitive area. We have traveled through time about 200 years. I cry everytime I think of the conditions of the people there and pray to the Lord [...]
Just a quick note to let you all know that we are leaving Guatemala this morning. We are both exhausted but the work here was very rewarding. We can’t wait to tell you about it. We had some complications and had to stay a few extra days.

The group left this morning and went to Lake Atitlan. They spent some time at an orphanage this morning then went to the lake. It will be really beautiful there. They are staying there tonight then heading to Guatemala City tomorrow. We will meet up with them there.

What a trip this has been. The Guatemala scenery is beyond description. Beautiful. We have had 3 other adults with us and they agree. One has been to Peru and Hawaii.
